It's 7:30 pm and FedEx was due at noon. The suitcases were packed. The first 5 suitcases - tidy and well-organized. The 6th - a bit more rushed. The 7th - a mishmash of things tossed in as they came to mind or were found after searching. And the 8th - well, there's little record of what actually went into the 8th suitcase. We learned a great deal from this experience - mostly, that you can fit a heck of a lot of stuff into 8 suitcases! We should be well equipped for just about any situation ... ... Packing crazy - Panic sets in

Eight suitcases will be picked up on December 27 - 4 packed, 4 to go. Things to pack scattered everywhere - indecipherable lists on several notepads. All day tomorrow gone for a trip to PA to visit family for Christmas. The shipping company will arrive about noon the next day... hair-tearing time!
